So much for finishing all my “in progress” projects. I couldn’t resist any longer. Thus, I have started not 1, not 2, but 3 new projects in the last few days!!!
#1 is going to be a gorgeous brioche hat and cowl using the new Ontheround Everyday Worsted. I choose "wicked" and "patina" for my two colors. The hat is “Columbine” by Alla Saenko and the scarf is “Brioche Basix: Scarf” by Susanne Sommer. Both patterns are available through www.ravelry.com . I suppose this should really constitute two projects but…..since they are going to be a set….I’m considering them as one!!
#2 is an “updated” version of my Asymetrical Lace Knit poncho. I designed this in 2016; however, since the yarn I used has since been discontinued…..I am re-designing it to work with a new yarn, Cotton Smooth from On-Line.
#3 is a crocheted cotton shawl made from the Katia Ombre Cotton Shawl kits that we are carrying. It is a gradient color shawl and the one I picked to do goes from yellows into oranges….it’s so springy looking!!
Now, my only problem will be which one to work on!!
We have been busy in the shoppe getting ready for our 25th anniversary celebration which starts this Wednesday, May 2!!! Bailey and I have loads of special things planned.
