Unused skeins may be returned provided the yarn has not been discontinued or damaged, at the discretion of Needles 'n Pins Yarn Shoppe.

The refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original transaction or a store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges are given on patterns, books or accessory items.
